Candice Zen, Founder, Lead Hairstylist
Candice started her hairdressing training at London's Sassoon Academy in 2008. She has worked in several high-end London salons, and also trained at Toni and Guy and Aveda. She's also a qualified and award-winning (2025) barber. Candice is very versatile in her approach to hair and believes that great hair should be (almost) effortless. When not in the office, Candice works at a salon in Kings Cross, London where she does colour and keratin smoothing, as well as haircuts. She is also often on location styling hair for special events and weddings.
Doris Alsford, Senior Hairstylist
Doris has 20 years' hairdressing experience in London, and now works in her own business as well as partnering with Totem Hair. She teaches Creative Hairstyling at the London College of Fashion, and has worked across theatre, magazines, music videos and events as a session stylist. She currently heads a hair team every season for London Fashion Week.
